HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Every clean is tailor made to our customers requirements. We charge by the job rather than the hour. That way we don't leave until all the agreed tasks are done so you are not paying for any slack time.
On our first visit to your home ,we will give you the price based on the list of tasks required and how often.

HOW DO I PAY (DOMESTIC)?

We accept cash, BACS, Mastercard, Visa and debit cards.

HOW CAN I TRUST YOUR CLEANERS ?

All our staff are selected and trained by the owners and Police vetted through Disclosure Scotland.

CAN YOU ASSURE ME THAT YOU WILL TURN UP WHEN YOU SAY ?

Absolutely. A major part of our success is down to our reputation for reliability. (See some of our testimonials). On regular cleans, we will agree a day with you and stick to it. In the event that any outside influences stop us from getting there, we will inform you ASAP to arrange an alternative time/day.

HOW DO I KNOW ALL TASKS WILL BE CARRIED OUT?

Our cleaners leave our office with a job sheet, specific to your home with all your requests on it. This is what they work to each time they clean your home. This can be adjusted at any time to suit your needs. We also encourage any feedback from our clients and carry out regular on site spot checks done by the owners to ensure consistency of standards.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY? CAN YOU USE MY OWN PRODUCTS?

We only use professional cleaning products that will not impact on the environment in a negative way. However, we are happy to use any specific products of your own that you would be more comfortable with, even though they may not produce the same results as our own. All our vacuums use the same Hepa-Flow system bags to hospital standard.

ARE YOU INSURED?

We have Employers Liability insurance to £10,000,000 and product insurance, which covers damage to your property of £1,000,000. Accidents do happen and if any damage is done to your property by ourselves, we will repair or replace at the earliest opportunity.
